To place an order for a tour from FloorPlanOnLine you must first register and create an account.

Available Products are as follows:

- Interactive FloorPlan Tour - Online virtual tour featuring a professionally rendered floor plan, photos and the Virtual WalkThru^TM, your branding and buyer tools. Click here to see sample.

- Interactive Photo Tour - Online virtual tour featuring property photos and the Virtual WalkThru ^TM, your branding and buyer tools (does not include a floor plan) Click here to see sample

- Interactive FloorPlan Tour and Interactive Photo Tour include the following features

• Virtual WalkThru ^TM which is a video like walk through of the property
• A printable and savable property flyer
• Property locator maps
• Send a link feature
• Contact listing agent feature
• Interactive FloorPlan Tour also features printable and savable floor plans

- FloorPlan only - a professionally rendered floor plan by AppraiserPlus created as a JPEG and PDF file. Note this is not a virtual tour.

Service Options are as follows:

- Premium - For Interactive FloorPlan Tours our Authorized Service Provider, AppraiserPlus, will measure the floor plan, create the floor plan rendering and take the photos. For Interactive Photo Tours our Authorized Service Provider will take the photos.

- Plus - This is for Interactive FloorPlan Tours only. Our Authorized Service Provider, AppraiserPlus, will supply either the floor plan or the photos for you and you will need to supply the other part to complete the order. Great for when you have photos you would like to use, but want our Service Provider to complete the floor plan portion.

- Basic - You provide the materials needed to complete your order eg: If you're ordering an Interactive FloorPlan Tour you will provide the floor plan sketch and photos. If it's an Interactive Photo Tour you will supply the photos.

Please note that the Interactive FloorPlan Tour and the FloorPlan only prices are based on measured square footage as opposed to living area. Our Service Providers are instructed to measure everything under roof including garages and basements and will do so unless you instruct otherwise on the order form.

Once you have chosen your Service and Product options you will be taken to the Order Form. This is where you will enter all the information about the subject property.

You will need the following information to order the tour:

- The MLS number. If you don't have the MLS number you can still place an order. Just use the street address as a placeholder until the MLS number becomes available. You will need to update the order form by logging in and clicking on "Manage Orders" and "Edit" order form.

- A description of the subject property you would like included in the flyer.

Important: Do not put any personally identifiable information here like your name and phone number since this information gets picked up in your unbranded link for use in the MLS systems. Most MLS's do not allow agent information in their virtual tours.

- Have a date and access method in mind (contact agent, homeowner, or lock box) for the Service Provider, AppraiserPlus, to visit the home and take pictures and draw the floor plan if applicable.

- Any special instructions should be put in the comments section of the order form. Some examples might be:

• Instructions for the Service Provider, AppraiserPlus, to concentrate pictures on what you think are the most marketable features of the home. Fireplaces, entry foyers, the back yard, gardens etc.
• Instructions for the Service Provider, AppraiserPlus not to measure certain areas like unfinished basement you do not want in the floor plan and for which you don't want to be charged for.

If you've ordered a Premium or Plus Service Option we will route your order to our local Service Provider in your area, AppraiserPlus, and you will be contacted by them to schedule the appointment.

If you have ordered Basic or Plus option you will need to upload your materials (floor plan and or pictures).
